This foundation was established in 2004 in memory of Norma Livingston, who passed away in 1992 after a short battle with ovarian cancer. Today, the foundation honors all women and is a chance for the community to make a difference in women’s health and lives.

Established by the Reed family in 2002, this foundation honors the memory of Robert Reed who passed away from pancreatic cancer. The foundation’s mission is to support research and specialized patient care for all types of gastrointestinal cancers.

For the past several years, Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q has proudly supported the efforts of the UAB Breast Health Center’s volunteer group, the Angel Squad, which provides comfort, compassion and hope to breast cancer patients at UAB.
