UAB: Comprehensive Cancer Center

UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center patients are seen in several locations.

--Outpatient clinics, including the Breast Health Clinic, the Multidisciplinary Gastrointestinal Oncology Clinic, Hematology-Oncology and others, are located at the The Kirklin Clinic.

--Gynecology oncology patients are currently seen and treated at UAB's new Women & Infants Center.

--Radiation oncology patients are seen in the new, state-of-the-art Hazelrig-Salter Radiation Oncology Center.

--Those cancer patients who must be admitted to UAB Hospital are cared for in Jefferson Tower or the West and North Pavilions.

--Some chemotherapy and radiation oncology services are available at The Kirklin Clinic at Acton Road, located off I-459 south of Birmingham.
