The Hazelrig-Salter Radiation Oncology Facility has been designed to meet the needs of patients and families, creating a space that is both high-tech and highly comfortable:

--The building’s design maximizes natural light, particularly in the first-floor waiting areas.

--Pediatric patients have their own dedicated play area.

--Spacious hallways provide a feeling of openness.

--Changing and treatment rooms are both comfortable and private.

--Nursing stations and reception desks are situated to serve as patient information hubs.

--Enlarged treatment vaults can accommodate the most modern equipment for radiation therapy. To protect patient privacy, technicians’ computer stations are located across the hall from these vaults.
