UAB: Comprehensive Cancer Center

The Angel Squad of the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center is a group of dedicated volunteers providing hope, comfort and compassionate services to breast cancer patients and their caregivers at The Kirklin Clinic.

Angel Squad Goals & Values:

--To provide one-on-one support to each patient and his or her caregiver.

--To educate breast cancer patients, their caregivers and the public about breast cancer.

--To be advocates for breast cancer patients in the medical environment.

--To provide support for one another.

--To be good stewards of the donations from our community partners, with appreciation for their support and promotion of the partnership and public education during events.

--To promote commitment, compassion, loyalty, advocacy and spirituality while serving our patients and their caregivers as well as our clinical team, other Angel Squad members and our community.
